Life Lines 9/6/09

Port deck where the stanchion base was removed, the mouonting holes were drilled out to 1/2", cleand and filled with epoxy.

Starboard deck mount, drilled and filled.

Port interior overhead stanchion backing plate. This will be replaced with the new/improved version that is much prettier.

9/7/09 New stanchion backplates for the main cabin. The old ones were warped and the washers compressed fairly deeply in the wood. The new ones are so pretty, teak (scrap I found in the repair yard) marine ply.

9/9/09 Stanchion backplates for the main cabin after second epoxy coat.

Handrails second coat of epoxy.
